Workshop on Environmental & Social Risk Management

Tuesday, May 29, the workshop on Environment & Social Risk Management has been held at Co-opBank Venue.

The workshop was facilitated by Mr. Jean-Frédéric Paradis (DID Advisor) and Dr. Ha Thanh (National Environmental Specialist) and attended by leaders from Co-opBank, members of STEP and the PMU.

During the workshop, Mr. Jean-Frederic and Dr. Thanh made a presentation on fundamental Environment & Social Risk Management (ESRM), as well as findings on the issue regarding Vietnam and Co-opBank – PCF network situation.

The workshop was a good opportunity for both STEP and Co-opBank to reflect on the ESRM, as well as to discuss a sound vision of the next steps of implementing the Environmental & Social Risk management Strategy not only within the scope of STEP, but also within the whole network of Co-opBank & PCFs.
