June 1, the Institutional Development Plan (IDP) workshop was held at Co-opBank venue.
The workshop was facilitated by Assoc. Prof, Dr. Le Thanh Tam, with the audience of STEP and Co-opBank team. The workshop focused on the initial findings regarding the current situation of Co-opBank, especially its SWOT analysis, as well as the general template/direction to write its IDP.
The workshop was well followed by the ebullient discussion between all participants. Further workshops are scheduled around in August and November.
