Meeting with the State Bank branch in Ninh Binh

As part of STEP’s Institutional Diagnosis exercise, a meeting with SBV Ninh Binh branch has been held this week.

The team discussed with the deputy director the role of the SBV branch with regards to the PCFs; questions included what could be done better and expectations about STEP, etc.
