July working session

Thursday, July 5, a work session has been held between GAC, Co-opBank and STEP team. The work session focused on discussion and finalization of the Pilot Implementation Strategy (PIS).

During the workshop, each STEP’s expert presented their respective component within the PIS framework, followed by the discussion regarding the content, schedule, and resources for each component.

After this, the project will jump directly into delivering the PIS, starting with the design & development phases in various components. We expect to bring the interventions to PCFs and get concrete results as soon as possible.
