Workshop on Institutional Diagnosis and Market Study

STEP presented on Friday, June 1 its key findings and recommendations on the Institutional Diagnosis and Market Study to Co-opBank senior management and staff.

The international experts, Mr. Simon Roy and Alexis Lebel highlighted the main results and presented a draft Pilot Implementation Strategy which will be launched in July. The workshop marked an important step towards the conclusion of the diagnosis, which will result in STEP’s concrete interventions for selected pilot PCFs during the current implementation phase.
