Workshop on Market Study, Institutional & IT Diagnosis

Morning Wednesday, June 13, a debriefing workshop has been held at Co-opBank.

During the workshop, the experts from STEP team have presented the findings and recommendation of the Market Study, Institutional & IT Diagnosis to key managers of Co-opBank.

Discussion on the findings and recommendations have been fostered by both sides. The result of the workshop would be the consolidation of the various diagnosis & study reports, as well as recommendations for STEP’s upcoming activities.

The report will be sent to related parties of the project, particularly SBV and GAC, and will be an important foundation for the upcoming Project Steering Committee (PSC) meeting’s decisions.
