Training on Gender Equality

Friday morning, STEP team received a training session on Gender Equality by Ms. Lan, our Gender Equality Expert.

The session provided the STEP –DID team to understand the necessity of sex-disaggregated data, its use, and importance for improving the status and performance. The training included group work to cement the knowledge gained during the session. 

The Gender Equality Expert will incorporate the feedback into training modules that will be introduced at selected PCFs in September this year.
