Second Institutional Development Plan (IDP) Workshop

Co-opBank head office organized the second IDP workshop on Thursday morning, August 30.

With the attendance of representatives from GAC (Mr. Jared Brading – Development Counselor and Ms. Lê Thị Mai Hương, Development Officer), SBV (Ms. Hạnh, Department 5), Co-opBank and DID-STEP, Dr. Lê Thanh Tâm, national STEP consultant for the IDP assignment, presented on progress and current status of the IDP.

During the workshop, Dr. Tâm informed on the draft IDP, which received a lot of comments and discussion from the parties, especially Co-opBank – the owner of that plan.

Co-opBank’s leaders have confirmed that the IDP is crucial for the institution, as well as the bank’s determination to continue its cooperation with STEP and Dr. Tâm to fulfill the work.

The 3rd workshop, together with the IDP’s final version, is expected to be arranged in December.
