To support PCFs increase their membership and thus contribute to the financial inclusion of rural populations, STEP project worked with a local consultant to develop a marketing strategy. The main goal of this strategy was to identify solution that will help the network gain exposure to new clients, especially women.

Following the recommendations, STEP project now wants to equip PCFs with ready-to-use solutions for their future marketing activities. Various tools will need to be developed to help them differentiate from the competition by promoting their financial products and services in creative ways. The TOR can be found .
